    More: it’s definately a book by consultants for consultants. The first section is all about client relations. And the writing, though excellent! smacks of the salesmanship that consultants fall into so easily, touting their excellent process, the power of their work and so on. More so than the tolleson book which is the same family of “Every consulting firm needs a book” (quote from contextual design“)
    But it is full of beautiful moments of writing and practical advice, so why whine? Some pages deserve to be framed… go to the bookstore and open it up to 22-23. It’s worth it for that alone, IMO.

    I’ll repurpose this into a proper review once I’ve finished it. I’m still teetering.
