   I love their work. I think it was ABC’s Nightline that did a story on industrial design, and profiled their process in designing a shopping cart. It was a great show, and a fun look into their process.

   I noticed carts like theirs popping up everywhere. IKEA, among others.

   Scientific American recently had a short article on design for new input methods, and they quoted the director of R&D at IDEO:

   I like the point made that you don’t really want to be typing when you’re using a voice-activated device (mobile phone)… I wonder if that will affect the design of the next Treo?
