   Here’s a write-up of the mullet concept, for those interested. It’s definitely not rocket surgery … in fact it’s remarkable how little innovation has happened in blog design since the original “aha” idea of posts in reverse chronological order.

   I remember coming across this some time ago. Definitely a nice approach to the challenge of maximizing front-page signal.
