Just like many in this list, I was stunned when I read about Argus announcement, specially when the polar bear book had just been released a couple of months ago in spanish and it's now a big help for people trying to evangelize IA outside the United States.

Today I must say, that one of the most important efforts about Lou, Peter, and all the folks of Argus is the positive attitude they left us towards adopting IA as a serious and relevant discipline. And that is an impact with a long-lasting effect. Their work of segmenting previous general AI perspectives to a more focused approach to websites is something that has made a difference.

After all the past messages I can just imagined all the people from this list (a really big number) standing up in a room and giving Argus a BIG applause for their ideas, efforts and inspiring attitude.

I feel confident that this will not be the end. We still have ACIA, future conferences, and it would not be strange to probably see a second book.

Thanks Argus for all and I hope to see Argus 2.0 in the future. *sigh*
